Who's right for Property Build Club?
PROPERTY BUILD CLUB is for motivated developers & investors, selfbuilders and contractors, or anyone managing a building project. No matter what level and experience you have. There are three levels of paid membership:
Project Circle is an exclusive group of 20 winners building their development or contracting business.
Where project delivery is key to creating and protecting profits.
Projects ranging from £350k to £7M+ / $500k - $10M+ GDV.
They receive everything from the Development Blueprint and Project Mastery Levels, plus increased access and support from David, to assist them to deliver their projects and reach their goals.
Project Circle is invite only and only available to existing Property Build Club Members.
Project Mastery is for Developers, Investors, Selfbuilders and Contractors doing bigger more complex developments.
Projects between £150k to £1M / $200k - $1.5M GDV.
Larger and more complex developments with full consultant teams.

The focus in this membership is on how to run a more complex project. It uses the same system as the Project Accelerator Membership, with a greater depth and focus on project management, design management, and contract management, which is required to successfully deliver these types of projects.
Development Accelerator is for Developers, Investors, Selfbuilders and Contractors who are delivering smaller projects.
Projects between £0 - £250k / $0 - $300k GDV
This is our "Academy" where members learn & apply the methods used by professional consultants to find, fund, design & deliver property projects.
